In the Referrals screen you can identify Referrals and access Referral details.
- You can click the New link on the left navigation bar. A table with New Referrals will be displayed.
- You can click the Select button for a New Referral and a screen with the New Referral details will be displayed.
- You can click on the Name link to display referral information for that patient.
- You can click the Select Referral button to display referral information for that patient.
- You can click the Select Contact Entries button to display contact information for that patient.
- You can click any Select button to display information about the selected Stages for that patient.
- You can click the Cancel button to return to the Follow Up information screen.
- You can edit or add the following information:
For Veterans Affairs Medical Center:

- You can click the Accept radio button to accept the referral for triage.
- You can check the For Biomonitoring or For Fragment Analysis to specify the triage.
- Or you can click the Accepted â€" No Action Required radio button.
- Or you can click the Ineligible radio button (Note: if you click the Ineligible radio button, an Ineligibility Reason is required for saving).
- You can click the Save button and any changes you made will be saved.
- You can click the Back button and you will be returned to the Open screen.
- You can click the Add Contact button and the New Log screen will be displayed.
You can add or edit the following information:

- Person Contacted Last Name (Note: This field is required for saving the information)
